The polarity on the label is opposite to the colors of the wires! See Photo! I measured - the colors of the wires are ok, the label is faulty. The constant current power supply isn´t constant at all, the LEDs are blinking like the direction lights at a car! Totally useless, nobody needs a blinking lamp. Unfortunately your page doesn´t allow to upload movies, otherwise I did. Wasted money!
