The lights work perfectly and are a good brightness! Can see them when the sun has started going down, doesnt have to be completely dark but obviously works great at night. It was a little difficult to set up on the computer as the drivers didnt install properly. I also had a little trouble with the orientation of the images. The images were the correct way up, then i installed new images and suddenly it was upside down. Then i put the images upside down before uploading onto the wheel and it was upside down AGAIN!? I am uploading new images now as i think they should be the right way up... There should be the option on the software to allow you to place the location of the magnet if you cannot put place it in the location suggested. I would definitely recommend this product! For £23 compared to others on the market for over £100..

Well built, good quality unit, relatively easy to install. The unit being balanced doesn't create any wobble in the wheel. Definitely enhances nighttime visibility. The preset lighting patterns are sufficient from a safety point of view, but users can unleash their creativity designing custom patterns using the provided software. Only one minor issue, the battery must be installed with the + terminal on the springy contact (and not the other way around as is the norm). There are + and - signs on the outside of the battery case, but I didn't see these in the first place. The good thing is that reversing polarity doesn't blow the unit!
