Bought 2 pcs. Measured resistance about 7 Ohms (6.7 and 7.2) so the power is as described @12VDC = about 20W. Going to make diesel preheater (needs 12V temperature controller to switch heater on at very low temperature).

hooked it up to 6volt, it got hot as buggery, turned it back to 3volts, just right
