Arrived early and in good condition. First sharpening of each knife takes a long time as the sharpening stones are set to European and Asian knife edge angles, which are different from North American knives. Subsequent sharpening is very fast and easy giving VERY SHARP edges. USB charging cable is not removable but stores in a compartment on the underside. Sharpener works so well that I'm ordering 2 more for gifts.
