I measured them all: The average capacitance was 419,2uF, the average ESR was 0,126 Ohms, The best of the lot was 442uF with 0;08 Ohms, The worst was only 397uF at 0.18 Ohms. I guess that these caps are coming from an out of spec bin. Anyway for decoupling purposes the C value does not matter much. I'm more concerned about the ESR.
