This is not 1.3 version as on picture this is 1.5 version. And it has ONLY 16Mb flash. It has an issue with that - it can' link blackbox as a drive :( Ardupilot has no stable version for this board

BG451841522 So the issue with blackbox was my driver issue.but 16Mb only flash - this is downgrade from 1.3 version :(
