Boatbeard Thatwould be quite normal - the specifications give nominal capacity of 5250 mAh at .2 C discharge. That means if discharged at 20% of 5250 mA (525 mA x 2 = 1050 mA) it should give at least the rated capacity. Discharging at the highest possible current will rarely give even half of the .2 C rating...

While it does not provide 5000 mAh *at* 20A, it does indeed provide 5000 mAh in a specific condition. Likewise it does allow 20A drain, again in a specific set of circumstances. Just some food for thought...
