Mine came broken out of the box: I get a strong signal but the picture is black. I filed for a refund with Banggood over a month ago now but got no answer (they claim to answer within 48h). I'm very disappointed. How do I get a working product or my money back? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2H840jXCIXg

madmaxoft Thiscamera has an external OSD support, you did use an OSD, or connected the VI-VO cables together, right?
