The ledstrip is waterproof, however the sealings of the connectors are NOT! The crimp foil around the connectors is too short for a good support, and you could face an interruption of one or more contacts to the ledstrip if you do not take care of this. The crimpfoil around the usb cable has got a gap of more then 1 mm. To solve these problems put some 2 components resin glue around the area's which have these problems to avoid water getting into the electronics, and making the product more durable for use.
