Arrived as described and properly packaged, The 0 marker lines up extremely close to 0 when in the 0 position. The Hex Wrenches were included but not pictured. There was a very small amount of light surface rust inside the base of 1 of the boring holes but not on a surface that tooling or cutters come in meaningful contact with. The rust was easily removed with a Qtip I will include the rust picture as the last picture featured
