I have bought this lamp to exchange my original Osram standard lamps on Audi A4 B6 (year 2002). The positive is: • The lamp has enough place in the reflector. The lid can be closed without problems. • The distribution of the light on the street is very homogeneous (this refers to the Audi reflector with lens in it. Without lens, it may be a problem). • The color is more blue than the original lamp. Very negative aspects: • The light intensity is somewhere about 60-70% of the normal lamp. So, you do not see well on the street. • The board computer in the car reports a lamp failure from time to time. This is very annoying since it is not only shown on the instruments, but it beeps every time than. With the time one gets mad from frequent beeping and is not possible to drive like that. • Also, be aware... I am not sure, but as I have heard, the lamp has no allowance to be used on the street in Austria or Germany. If something happens, the insurance my quit. You may check with your local auto club. Slightly negative aspects: • The whole unit gets really hot in spite of the ventilator built in. I am not sure how long this system can live with it since I did not test it on long term. Still, I guess it may be a problem. Please, note on the photos: The lamp from the Banggood is the left one and the original is the right one (from the drivers' perspective).
