These ARE NOT RATED FOR 120V AC. In the description they say: AC120-240V to 12V, What they really mean is 200-240V AC to 12V DC, so if you do not have AC 220V this will not work. My next point is the reason for my on star rating, when they say 220-24v AC to 12V DC the REALLY mean is 200-240V AC to 24V DC, which is what I got, thinking that I was getting a 12V power supply for Europe. This is useless to me. Please read on though. Regardless of my rating this is a good PSU, it is ridiculously thin and small, ungrounded, double insulated with a soldered fuse on the AC side. There is a good separation and what looks like to me an opto-isolator between the AC and DC side. Unloaded it measures 24.3 (sigh) volts but you cannot fine tune it, it also looks like there is a female 2 mm power plug on the DC side.
