It is a Baofeng uv- 5r in a different package. It is ok for this price range (26 euros with shipping cost). The one problem i found that is not known is that the provided power supply CANNOT charge the baofeng directly, it is not compatible. So you need a second power supply with a different endpoint connector, narrower than the supplied one. And also in my case the item was delivered 2 months after the order (!!!)
