nikki randy try pulling the battery out of the quad slowly while the quad and controller are on until you hear a beep. or turn it on with the battery out. if it beeps put it back in and you can fly. it happens to me from time to time.

wattermelon In writing banggood looks like they tried to resolve this issue. Im getting ready to order this quad copter myself and would like to see if this was made right. Was it Randy? Please do a follow up response. Sorry about your loss, I hope they made it right. Banggood has always corrected issues that I have had in the past.
