I ordered this chair. The package and the leather were damaged. I chose the Shipping Insurance opportunity, when I bought it, but it seems it did not have any "extra protection". I wrote a mail to the support. I am waiting for a feedback from them. I received it within 5 business days, so it was fast. The chair is very compfortable. I used the EU priority line without any problems.

Ήρθε γρήγορα, έκανε 13 μέρες. Η συναρμολογηση ήταν εύκολη. Για τα χρήματα που έδωσα (77€) πιστεύω πως αξίζει. Την έχω ένα μήνα. είμαι 1.86m 110 κιλά, με το βάρος δεν έχουμε πρόβλημα μια χαρά με κρατάει. Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι πως την βρίσκω λίγο μικρή για το ύψος μου, θα ήθελα να ήταν λίγο

I received the goods in about 7 days, it corresponds to the seller's description. The chair is very comfortable, assembly took me about 20 minutes. The delivery includes instructions in 8 languages, all you need for assembly is the Allen key supplied by the manufacturer. We will see how long it lasts, the processing is at a solid level. A caixa chegou um pouco danificada, mas o conteúdo chegou bem. Fácil de montar e mto confortável. Os rodízios parecem-me um pouco duros e não rolam bem na tijuleira cá de casa. Quanto às resistência e durabilidade ao o tempo o dirá. Para já, mto satisfeito com a compra até porque comprei em grupo e consegui um bom preço.

Overall really good, even if my previous one was a wooden crap and I can't compare it to something similar. Very comfortable office chair! Only catch is the lumbar pillow, that I prefer to use as a head pillow. It really needs one pillow to be more comfortable for the head. Also find some imperfections in arms screws and in the cover connection of the back and the seat. Beside all this, it's a really great and ergonomic chair and it's super cheap for the great quality and comfort that this chair provide.

Ótima cadeira, muito confortável e fácil de montar👍 O serviço de entrega é que nem por isso, anteciparam o dia da entrega sem avisar e por isso estava ausente, tive que ir buscar ao ponto de entrega, o que tendo em conta as dimensões não foi muito agradável. Ainda para mais a caixa estava danificada e aberta. Lamentável.

for the price it's pretty good. has some little things that are not perfect but can't ask for more. it's a bit slow on reclining tho but still very comfy, arrived fast and my cat approved it as soon as I assembled it

Bom material, bastante confortável, de fácil montagem, manual tem várias idiomas e pelas imagens é fácil perceber a sequência de montagem. A altura ao chão no ponto mais baixo pode ser ligeiramente alto dependendo da altura do utilizador, no meu caso 1,69 m. Depois da primeira compra não ter chegado, voltaram a enviar e chegou em 10 dias.
