I was pulling my hair out because the app would not connect. I then found the most stupidly easy work around, you can use a plethora of apps to connect. The one I use is on android "Vue Smart Home" the author is VUE TECH PTE. LTD. Works instantly, it creates it's own wifi network. You can connect and control the camera remotely. The IR lights work but for me they reflected off the double glazed window too much. I took it apart and literally just unclipped that ring and poof done. I have to say the actual motherboard and camera is beautiful quality, I mean really it is amazing! Seriously get it, it really is great for how much it costs.

desde cualquier lado puedo ver donde enfoca la camara y lo mejor es que puedo moverla por toda la habitacion , perfecta para vigilar mascotas, niños , tienda.. y si se apaga la luz ploff! vision nocturna! estoy encantada con ella. Gracias

Very good product and arrived very fast, it is a bit complicated to use but once it is connected it gives everything very well, it is very good that I have two manuals, the first in Chinese language and the second in English. The cost-benefit balance is the best.

Appearance and design is nice build quality is good. works good on LAN but slow on 3g 4g networks. If I access this camera from any other network it responds slow while commecting to internet. shipping was quick.

I tried for a hour to get camera to hook up to my phone, pushing the reset button wasn't enough you have to find the littlest pin to push down a hole and hold reset button, once you do that then the camera works perfectly if you are using the same WiFi, However when you are away from the house to control the camera is a lot of lag almost unusable. good for the price tho
