Great everything you need is in the kit but a dab of glue and solder. I found it one of the easier kits to build. I used a 4 amp 12 volt SMP to power the mini Tesla coil and the heat sink got hot. It is easier to see the ark in the dark.

The second photo shows the supplied neon illuminated by the rf energy. The third photo shows a CFL being illuminated by the rf energy. Watch the heatsink on the power transisitor it gets very warm. Nice intro to how electronics work. Fun to experiment with and good quality. There is a video on line for those who need it; it's in Chinese, but should be easy to follow along if one is observant. Otherwise, it's pretty straightforward to assemble.
