Precision punched aluminum parts were well made, but packaged poorly. The flimsy box holding the robot parts was nearly destroyed by wrapping it with the two brass solenoids that formed the rest of the order (no padding between box and bag of solenoids). As a result, the robot parts were bent and dented in several places. Even without the solenoids, the robot packaging was inadequate.
