pros: * From a distance, flame effect looks good * Low cost Cons / areas for improvement * Color of flame is a little too orange * Pattern repeats itself too frequently, making a strobing effect with the overall light output * internal pcb is not shaped perfectly circularly, so in some spots its close to the diffuser and the pixels can be seen more easily in these spots. * It has a constant on mode and fading on and off mode, bot of which are not desirable. Since multiple modes are possible, I would rather have various different flame effects to pick from, for example a flame effect that was slower and less animated.
