Good product - great price, very adequate for the purpose - excellent quality combined with totally excellent customer service Good product - great price, very adequate for the purpose - excellent quality combined with totally excellent customer service Made an error in fitting type - i.e. - wanted banot but ordered screw - my error but alos confusing method of ordering as I used internal search options to go to 240 Volt, large banot items page - I then incorrectly assumed all items listed on that page were the options I needed - unfortunately the Banggod ordering system defaulted back to large screw for each order - this default I did not pick up when I reviewed my final order as photo's are all generic and not specific to globe style ordered - problem is identifying that I ordered from B22 style only page but failed to identify that B22 had defaulted to E37 at checkout / final order - system could be simplified so when order from B22 specific page, the order stays as a B22 and the product picture only shows the style ordered - so that you have a visual means of checking your order is correct rather than globe style codes - the globe style codes used at Banggood are not common / known with regular sales of globes in Australia so over-all can be easy to make expensive error - mail from Australia to China is expensive so not viable option to return - I purchased converters so that I can use the screw globes in banot light fittings. This applied to all globes in one order which came to several hundred dollars so very expensive, but easy to make error - Banggood was very helpful and understanding when I identified error - rapid & polite response setting out what I needed to do to arrange an exchange - however far cheaper option was to keep globes and buy 25 converters - guess I should have asked for discount on the converters, but such a good deal and not Banggood's error in first place so I am still a happy chappy ...
