100% made out of cheap plastic. It is not vibrating the same way all over the head(the vibrations come from just one particular part of it). No instructions at all, so I am not even sure I am wearing 100% correctly but shape seems weird and it doesn't fit very good onto the head. After a while it causes pain and discomfort because it is so small. Maybe it would be OK on a child's/woman's head, but for a guy I think it is just too small and that is the main issue here. You can only lengthen/shorten the back part of it, which goes up and down your neck. And that was already whitened(stressed out plastic, seems almost ready to break if I put some strain on it). The packaging btw was very banged up. They should be using some air foam/bubble wrap inside and what not, this is just unacceptable. All in all, I'd say steer clear.
