To this GPS device I am looking for clear instructions how to connect with my phone. I was able to establish a connection Admin-OK.

jerry you're supposed to send a text message to the phone number of the SIM card inside the GPS you're supposed to send admin 123456 and the numbers all together and the GPS should text back okay that is your first step that's as far as I got I've had it for 5 days I can't figure it out
