I use these in devices I build, including serial current checks with internal power sources (generally a 1-2S SS compact managed lithium cluster of my own design) The first unit I purchased will be used in exactly that, a single in single out ammeter with a switched rechargeable lithium power source using banana ports for the I/O. These have three adjustment controls, zero i, i value, and v value. Values are adjustable with pots, i zero is just a jumper section without pins. Mine reads zero fine and will not be used within even a low Tesla rotating/alternating magnetic field, so this should be a zero-issue utilization of all the device functions. Happy overall!
