Banggood decided in their wisdom to send my item with the worst couriers , Hermes. The courier too my items and dumped it in recycle bin. I got snap shot from Hermes, who did deliver it me although i was in. So one of the neighbor stole the parcels and opened one. Then they decided to deliver the package opened to me. I reported this customer services, whose response was, Oh your package has not been delivered, wait a few days, bearing in mind I had sent a screen shot of the parcels in the bin. So i am done with Banggood.
