I like this unit; it is well built (not a kit) and it works well. I bought it to measure the inductance of the coils in a grid-dip meter that I have. It works well for almost all of the coils, but has problems measuring 0.05 uH and below because of oscillator drift and test clip wire inductance. The solution to oscillator drift appears to be to let it warm up for about 10 minutes and then zero the meter before every reading. The solution to test clip wire inductance is to avoid moving the leads between zeroing and making the measurement. Even then, I am unable to read small inductances below 0.01 uH. The "Zero" and "Func" buttons are explained in the manual, which can be downloaded by clicking the "More details and instruction: Click to open" link on the product page.
