The first tablet i bought was a disaster because i tried to update the firmware the moment i receive it 2 weeks later. Without actually knowing what will be the consequence i did the comment section suggestion of updating the firmware through lenovo assistant. But after i did that, i ended up bricking my tablet. Luckily i happen to sell it for half a price and then purchase another one since i really need this tablet for online schooling. The tablet arrive completely fine and sealed. The moment i open the tablet, it gave me an update than the first one that i have bought. It has good tablet features and worth the money. Now i am happy and will take care of my tablet for days to come. SO PEOPLE I WARN YOU. IF YOU'RE GONNA BUY AND WORRY ABOUT THE OLD FIRMWARE OF THE TABLET, JUST DEAL WITH IT. IT'S BETTER FOR YOUR TABLET TO BE JUST AS IT IS THAN UPDATING YOUR FIRMWARE MANUALLY THAT MIGHT END UP BEING BRICKED. Thats unless you really know what you're doing then goodluck. From that aside, i thank banggood for the legit and good product. Thank you so much, i'm hoping for more amazing products to buy. Don't let my trust down ❤️
