Good Item for the price.

Bought this spare base for my Makita Router RT0700C, so I can use the Makita aluminium base permanently screwed to my router table plate. Somehow I have more fate in the original base hanging upside down on the tabel then this plastic one. ;-) When assembling, I noticed the bottom plastic plate doesn't properly align with the rest of the base, but nothing that can be solved with some sandpaper. I also added two small washers at the height gear as it had a bit too much play in my view. All in all,

Received failry quickly. Fits well on my makita router. Looks and feels a little flimsy. Only time will tell how long it will last.

Fits well. I was lucky with it as the box provided almost no protection in transit. Still, an improvement on what I had before.
