This product is very good! But the delivery was more than 4 weeks delayed so much too late. The tracking nummber was unknow at the Europian Tracking Sites, even after a few phonecalls to my local parcel service. During this time I even had received the full refund from Banggood so thank you Customer Service for always given a quick reply! The parcel was deliverd at my neighbours just before they leave a few days to visit their family so this costs also 4 days extra delay. I choose for full refund because the microscope was initially mentioned as a Saint Nicholas gift at December 5th.. Of cause I want to pay again for this very nice microscope so I will take contact with the Banggood Customer Service. Thanks! Best regards, Oswald
