I ordered 2 hats, Grey & Black on 1/24/17, received same on 2/13/17=20 days. Not too bad considering they shipped from Mahe, Seychelles. A island off the Somalia coast. Some 8-9,000 miles from Florida. The hats have two snap buttons on the back for size adjustment. Problem is the hats need a 3rd snap button for various head size adjustments. The Grey hat fits on the 2nd snap button, but the Black hat doesn't fit on the 2nd snap button, still too big for me with a Medium (56-59cm) hat size. Decent looking hats, quality seems good, just not enough snap buttons on the back to make head size adjustments. I suppose you could add a 3rd snap button or maybe sew on some extra velcro. But kind of a hassle to go out and buy supplies to get a hat to fit? The hats should have either velcro or a buckle on the adjustment strips on the back of the hats to adjust to the head size. Otherwise decent hat.
