The Kinetic Energy BarBell toy arrived in 14 days (in a plastic bag), & in good condition (although box was very beat up and unsuitable as the intended gift box). It is a reasonable size; approx 7" x 4 1/2" and a good value for the $. Swings for about 6 minutes! Better than my best fidget spinner. VERY Cool!! Human figure and barbells are Steel, NOT "Stainless" Steel (it's magnetic) Base is Plastic.

People can't resist giving this a nudge when walking by my desk. The original base is chromed plastic which is fine but this does make it easier for people to knock it over. I put the figurine on a heavy piece of stainless steel cylinder and that made the action more robust. It also added more friction for the figurines 'feet' and reduced the amount of times it falls off from over exuberant pushing.

I gave one to my sister that was visiting for Christmas and the other I kept for myself. It works well, but seems to always end up on one "foot" instead of the two it has on the bottom. Full disclosure: I also have a Newton's cradle and a couple other mobiles somewhere around too.
