received two days ago in just XX days from order with EU Priority Line to Italy Packing was done good with no damages. Installation tooks only 15 minutes, plus half a hour for further checks of the mechanics that showed no defect. After less than one hour I was ready to engrave and cut. After a couple of engraving I tried to perform a cut on a balsa sheet 3mm thk. some tweaks were necessary to fing a suitable setting and I can easily cut balsa 3mm with less than 60% power and 4 pass. I'm really impressed about quality and design of this small machine, thanks BG. My next steps will involve increasing the dimension by changing the X axis with new 2020 profile (toghether with a new belt) and to install a sort of air assist for better performances
