I should have bought this 3 years ago, when I was going into the RC hobby! It comes with a little magnetic shild which is self adhesive. You can glue it into the bottom of the little bowl as I did. It keeps small screws good enough and because it is a little bowl you can use it for tiny plastic parts too! Very good quality! No more searching for tiny screws on the ground or beneath my work bench with flash lights! :-D
