Hi, I am very satisfied with banggood. I ordered a cut proof hand glove and because of Corona the delivery arrived me not at the predicted date. My first efforts to contact banggood by email reply were not successful, but it was simply the wrong way. After that I contacted banggood by using the paypal service and so they answered very quickly. They tried very hard to help me, but within this time the post brought me the package and the item was abolutely fine.
