Was surprised to see that the unit looked almost used, it had all sorts of "debris" on the cover, like it had been thrown around someone's house for quite some time (seriously) before it was thrown in a plastic product bag. I was able to use a lint roller and got all of this crud off the cover. I don't think it was used, just poorly stored somewhere, obviously not in the product package. The memory foam stinks but I don't think that is unusual. I have it airing out in the garage. The only other
