raksit Found it several days after received. It's my first board so at first when plugged to pc and it didn't work I have to study how to use more and I notice when plugged to usb, my fan from another usb port of pc spin slower then I found the defect part.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MaDOuq8vQmw

raksit Update: Banggood customer service made the refund for me. Before that, they offer me a Desoldering Braid if I promise I could 100% fix it, but since I have never done it so I said I cannot promise but I'll accept any help so they refund me. Thanks banggood! I'll try desoldering it later when I got the tools I need to do this.
