I bought two of these for a set up in our car but I configured them at home first. The pair process went very smooth and the audio quality is very good. But when I cut power to the transmitter and powered it up again it never managed to reconnect with my Philips SHB9250 headphones. I powered transmitter and head phones down and up. Started one before the other and vice versa but I was unable to get the Philips headphones to reconnect to the transmitter and I was forced to force the Philips to pair them again every time for connection. I've not yet tried any other head phones but this was a bit of a let down.

Setup is simple and it works. But you need to re-pairing each time and there is an audio delay of almost one second. If you can live with these limitations, it is pretty nice.
