bought 2 of these , and neither will charge my phone . the charging icon does appear , but even after leaving it " charging " overnight, the charge % never changes. it gets better , though. trying to get a refund for the pieces of crap is insulting and beyond ridiculous. they want either a still pic , or video showing the problem. uh , i just explained it shows it " charging " , but it actually is not. how will a pic show that. so i tried chatting with customer service , she suggested a video . great , because it's SOOO easy to use a phone to video itself , not to mention it'd need to be HOURS long . WTF ??? good luck with dealing with these nitwits . i am done with them . what a joke of a company.
