Box was crushed in transit and the cardboard did not protect the model. Tail is snapped and bent (minor) and main wing is crushed out of balance and is no longer straight (more important). I'm proceeding with the build and just need to wait for the ESC and motor I ordered to finish it (order 41330156, left for my country 2 weeks ago but tracking empty after that. Hopefully here soon). I don't think it'll fly too well but it is at least intact enough that I have a plane, despite the crush damage from shipping. I'm disappointed but hopeful. The cannot be repaired so I might have to buy a second plane to get a better wing - we shall see. It's cheap, at least. Build complete now apart from ESC and motor. I want to like this plane!

carvalhoRio This is unfortunate! I also had a very serious problem like this. I bought an XFX TREX 450 helicopter, when I went to pick up at the post office I was haunted, I did not believe what I was seeing, I even thought to refuse the order and ask for reimbursement of the value, but the desire to fly it was greater. The box was very dented and a part of the flybar was exposed and crooked. The crumpled canopy, servos out of position and damaged tail structures.

carvalhoRio But what I was most surprised was the lack of Styrofoam or reinforcement inside the box, not even had a fragile label. I regretted buying it because I did not want to pay a few dollars more on ALIEXPRESS. I think the least they should do, in respect, was give a good discount !
