The motor is great value. However the shaft was out of position, snap ring out of place and the bearing out of postion meaning rotor was magnetically attached to the stator. unfortunatley the grub screw has been rounded and could not be lostened so the shaft had to be gently tapped into position against the lock grub screw and snap ring replaced with an unstressed one. Not ideal but now operational.
