Plastic product feels a bit soft when compared to conventional seat, shape also feels oddly narrow BUT the soft close, night light and adjustable heating are amazing. I lived in Japan for 2 years, where even the public restrooms had heated seats and this finally brought back the winter comfort feeling I had back then. Thank you

BG352056123 Whattoilet seat are you using? D-shape? Does it work directly with SA 220v or you needed a converter?
