blue_z So far from my experience, this NVR's 'search for cameras' will not detect my GD-SC02 updated with firmwares 3.2.0.1118 and 3.2.8.0121.

blue_z Screw size depends on the drive's form factor. 3.5" drives use one size, 6-32, while 2.5" drives use a different size, M3.

Q: what size hard drive does this need?

blue_z "Size" could refer to the drive capacity or the form factor. What are you asking?

blue_z The cameras and this NVR should be in the same IPv4 subnet. Use a wireless router or access point to connect wireless cameras to the Ethernet LAN.

blue_z The default configuration screen supports eight cameras (aka channels), but that can be increased to twelve if you're not using 1080p cameras and the network and HDD recording bandwidth is sufficient.

Q: Are ONVIF and rstp available on this camera?

perguntado por ambuddy sobre 2017-11-10 03:03:52

blue_z Apparently new versions of the SC02 have ONVIF support, but earlier versions are questionable. My SC02 camera has been updated with version 3.2.0.1118 firmware, but the GD-NR01 recorder does not find it while searching.
