OGHagen I have this kit laying around. I have not started assembly yet as the tiny pitch of the square chip is a challenge. You hot aired soldered that? I have several kinds of flux and solder paste in syringes, but not a electric hot air gun. I have a butane soldering iron kit with sort of a tube attachment tip. Is that what you used? In picture 8 the area around the chip looks kind of scorched. Why is that?

OGHagen The 25? May be the week number. We have many kinds of keeping track of time. Hours, minutes, years, months, day of the month, day of the week. Week number is yet another one and it is probably the less used. Week number is often used in planning for activities. Common in the field of construction. Today is Saturday July 31 2021 week 30. For me and where I live that is. The same is true in the US. Tomorrow will still be week 30. However in the US it will be week 31. That is because we count Monday as the first day of the week. In the US it is Sundays. In Islamic countries it is Saturdays. In Saudi Arabia it is now week 32. Yep. This is because what counts as week 1 is also different within this systems. January 1, January 4 or Thursday.

OGHagen I would assume soldering is needed. In picture 3 all the small parts are shown individually. In picture 7 they are soldered on. The tricky part to solder is the small square chip on the right hand side in picture 7.

OGHagen Are you sure you didn't just misplace it? The one I received were just wrapped in ordinary masking tape together with a very small piece of foam material.
