Fish Hi there, It is in fact a dead center. The center point does not move. The seller has made a mistake. This center is great for turning small items between centers. The cut away allows one to get the lathe tool up close to the center. Hope this helps

Q: Is the connection to the mill B16?

perguntado por Franky sobre 2018-01-04 05:20:55

Fish This is a collet block and not a collet chuck. used to index collet held items hex or square in a vice for example. For example, B16 is a chuck arbor taper code for the side where a chuck would go. MT3 or R8 is the taper on machines connection side. Collet blocks are not that type of chuck and arbor. Seller might have or be able to help

Fish Thewiring diagram on the back of the product is correctly illustrated. Dont think it matters but I coppied someone elses wiring from a picture on the site. I connected the coil unit with black at the top, Red next one down. Brown (live) next to the red and then Blue (Neutral) at the bottom. I wired it into a plug circuit on the board where i fitted it and added an on-off switch. Could also just wire a plug in and plug it in a normal plug. Hope this helps
