Max11 I can tell you from my own experience. I currently have a deffective one. I had to message banggood through several different channels to just get message that \"they will discuss this with colleagues and they will update me in 24 hours\". I never got another message. After another ton of attempts to contact BG, I no longer get any response. So this is how warranty works. Also my review was never published even though I just tried to warn other people how not to break their scoots as they have design flaw which causes ESC to burn out in certain conditions and I got my question deleted from here. I won\'t be surprised if this answer never gets published either.
