This is a 3D capable helicopter that can fly inverted if you wish and has a brushless motor. It comes with a charger which will charge 2s and 3s liPos and is about adequate. It would be a good idea though to get yourself a higher grade one that can be charged away from home using a vehicle battery. There are no pitch curve settings etc in the manual so if you buy the bind and fly version it would be a good idea to obtain a dedicated transmitter from WLtoys that is ready set up for the heli. The transmitter is relatively inexpensive but adequate. It has 'Idle-up' and throttle hold, a back lit display and can easily be switched from mode 1 to mode 2 and back by a switch on the front, you do not see that very often. Other manufacturers take note. You can switch from 3D to 6G, (stabilized) mode and switch the rates from high to low from a control on the front of the transmitter. The heli has a self-powered tail rotor, (fixed pitch), with modern electronics that should be OK. A well supported carbon tail boom with supports, that's nice and fairly flexible landing skids. The servos can be up-graded to ones with metal gears if you wish. Some spares, rotor blades and gears are supplied, but further spares seem to be readily available from Banggod. Not an indoor heli, unless you live in an aircraft hanger, but on a calm day it should be OK. Watch the trims on take-off, if it leans either way do not lift it up too high without making adjustments to the aileron trim. If you have flown co-axial and micro helis indoors you should have no trouble with this one in 6G, (stabilized), mode. A good inexpensive start to outdoor heli flying and we shall see how durable it is after a number if flights.... A good start.
