Stylish SS bezel to replace the standard aluminum bezel. There is nothing wrong with the original, but I would hate to see it damaged. The SS bezel has a perfect fit. It looks like the forward speed on the lathe has been set to "fine". That was a bit too bland to me. So I polished it, and now it is all sparkling!! Just the way I like it (maybe a bit too much for some people).

I bought this light with a thought like: well this is a low budget light and I can use a coupon, how much money can I loose. But I'm positively surprised by the build quality of this light. Everything feels sturdy and robust. Sizewise it is pretty compact. But you can hold it firm in you hand, no fear for slipping and falling. The lanyard ring is a nice feature. I don't miss it has no clip. But I have swapped the cheap looking green button for a white one, giving it a more elegant color. To be honest, the whole light looks nice. Good beam, rather small hotspot, quite throwy for the amount of power at your command. A result of the smooth reflector and good focussing. Nice tint, a bit creamy, not "angry-blue". With a 21700 battery it should be long lasting before it needs recharging. Small minus point (maybe just for me). IMHO this solid feeling light can handle more heat (and therefore power) than the installed driver can provide. I'm measuring "only" 2.5 Amp's in my copy. Being a flashlight nut I own dozens of flashlights but this one has quickly become one of my favorites. My grab and go light, so to speak.

Henk4U2 The reflector is not a typical reflector, but instead a Total Internal Reflection (TIR) optic. It is not mentioned anywhere, but it is probably made of ABS or PMMA, some high tech kind of plastic. Because they scratch easily, it is protected form external damage by an AR coated glass lens.

Henk4U2 Itis not documented in the manual or on the box. My guess: 6,000K (but NOT blue). Certainly NOT 3,000K (yellow)

Henk4U2 Allcomments I've read say that the green version glows longest. I have that version myself. And it lasts for hours.

Henk4U2 Thisdriver comes with the Bistro firmware. It is ATTiny25V-based. Be aware that Kronos is the name of the stainless steel X5/X6.
