BrandonsaysStop You could weld aluminum with the MIG or TIG processes that this machine does. TIG for thinner metals, and MIG for plate or more penetration. You will need a bottle of protection gas. Copper would usually be brazed with an open flame torch. You can't do that with this machine, but torches that work for brazing are available at a relatively low cost. I don't know what yellow metal means. Gold? definitely not weldable with this machine. The main use case for this machine as sold would probably be stick (arc) welding steel. Getting protective gases for MIG, Tig, or Flux core would add some additional cost and a purchase or rental from a welding gas supplier. They don't show the roller wheels for the wire feed, so I'm not sure if it does both flux and mig. Typically the wheels are flippable for the different surface knurling required for the 2 wire types. Your gas use will also be different. You will definitely want a proper mask, gloves and a coat or arm protection of some kind too.
