Thomas Weeks It's not an FTDI but is the common CH340 USB serial chip. You can clearly see (if you zoom in) that it is a CH340 USB, the same chip most knock-off arduinos use now. Should work fine in the Arduino IDE (after you DL the latest ESP32 drivers)

Thomas Weeks I work in IT professionally. If you're going to install chinese software, do it in a sandbox, VM or a container that you can kill once you're done using it. Otherwise, you'll infect your systems. Every chinese product software I've scanned has one or more trojans or viruses in it.

Thomas Weeks It's an ESP baesd (arduino-like) RF deveopler platform. There is firmware out there for doing RF sniffing, spoofing, scanning, attacks.. as well as lots of other cool write-hacker apps. If you're not familiar with coding or arduino development.. it's probably not for you.
