brititalia I am using this transmitter and I am extremely happy with its performance on the band assigned by the designers. You have made a purchase error, unfortunately it is almost impossible to re-tune the unit unless you have the necessary and extremely costly equipment and knowledge. You could send it back if you have not tampered with it or re-sell itand look for another tx suitable for the amateur band. I suggest you forget about the modification...Hope this has helped. brititalia I had purchased the same item for the same use as yours. The total amount of Wattage required by my CCTV unit is 18 max. The PSU lasted three weeks with continuous use and well ventilated, as needed for this operation. I suggest that you get the higher wattage PSU... I am returning the faulty PSU but I would like to know why it blew since it is supposed to withstand a current of 2 A.! Hope this helps, Oscar

brititalia I hope you do not expect the company to supply you with the circuit diagram of the transmitter so that you can make one yourself!!! They would not be able to sell as many again! ( and you would never be able to construct the similar at the same price and perfection...) Cheers
