BG101016154 hi. it sounds like it's an easy fix. i had to tighten belts and motors myself when i noticed one of the belts clicked and slipped teeth when heavy breaking. it took me 30 min to find where the problem is take back wheels off, engine covers tighten belts and bolts and put everything back together. it was frustrating at first, but i really liked this board so i gave it a try and now it is even better than before. i also used the tool that was provided in the package. good luck. p.s. customer service should be more helpful though...
